Junto a un Rio de Babel (Beside a River of Bablyon) , a collection of poems by Carlos Grunberg (1903-1968) , Argentine lawyer, poet, and translator, and friend of Jorge Luis Borges. In this work, Grunberg expresses his Zionist ambivalence; on the one hand he defines himself as an exiled Jew eager to return to the land of his ancestors, and on the other hand he refuses to give up his pride in being an Argentine citizen and his love of his birthplace.
