Title translates to “Life in Israel. ” Novellae on the tractates of the Talmud written by the Tunisian Rabbi Hayyim Guedj, a famed Torah teacher in Tunis and disciple of the "Mishmarot Kehunah” The book was printed posthumously by the author's son, Rabbi Yosef who succeeded his father as a rabbi. The book bears the stamp and possibly the signature of the author’s son in Judeo-Arabic. SUBJECTS: Talmud – Commentaries. OCLC lists 3 copies worldwide (JTS, YU, Stanford) . CD000123557.
