Cyrus Adler, who was Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary, presided over the meeting. Oscar Straus was president. Max Cohen, Marcus Jastrow, and Henrietta Szold were Executive Council members. Simon Rosendale was a vice-president. These minutes offer an insight into the exchange between these historical personae. OCLC lists 22 copies worldwide. Wrappers torn and detached.
