Likely 1st Edition. Original Wrappers. 8vo. 16 pages ; 18 cm. In Polish. Title translates into English as, "Pinkus Zapeklowany, The Story is Jewish but True. " A scarce and odd Polish story published in the early 20th century by Antoni Alfred Paryski (1865-1935) the influential Polish publisher, who worked as a trade union activist for the Knights of Labor before settling in Toledo and starting one of the most prolific Polish publishing houses in the US. Seems to have been printed by Paryski with two different wrappers, likely both in circa 1912, though the date is unstated on this edition, illustrated with a group of downward arrows. OCLC lists 2 copies worldwide (Minnesota, NLPoland) . Front wrapper is detached. Pages brittle with a few small chips. Otherwise About Good Condition. (AMR-52-39).
