Title is a biblical reference that translates loosely to “Publicizing the Miracle: On the Passover Haggadah. ” Yaakov Rakkah (1800-1891) is considered one of the great Torah Hakhams. He lived and worked an impoverished life in Tripoli, where he studied and wrote commentary on Jewish law and the Torah. His work is still cited today in siddurim.
