Contains a statement submitted to President Wilson by members of the American Jewish Congress regarding the status of the Jews of Eastern Europe. The memorial argued that the enlargement of existing States and creation of new States should coincide with conditions allowing the Jews in these States to enjoy equal rights with other residents. The memorials requested that the Peace Conference emancipate the Jews in Eastern Europe without discrimination based on nationality, race, creed or gender. Subjects: OCLC lists 13 copies.
