A letter to members of the Zionist Organization declaring that February 1921 will be a year of restructuring and building up of the organization to handle growing responsibilities in Palestine. The Zionist Organization, founded in 1897, was the first official Zionist organization in the United States, and, especially early in the 20th century, the primary representative of American Jews to the World Zionist Organization, espousing primarily Political Zionism (Wikipedia) .
