Moise Vit Cafsuto, about whom little is known, travelled from Florence to Palestine, by way of Alexandria, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and more, kept a detailed journal in Hebrew and Italian which would eventually turn into a travelogue (Adelman, 1988).
