Berlin: Schocken Verlag, 1937. Item #41867
Original orange boards, 12mo, 115 pages. 190x115mm. Hagadah in Hebrew and German. Nazi-era imprint, one of the last hagadahs printed in Germany. These little "Bucherei des Shocken Verlags" imrpints (this is nr 54 in the series) are notorious for loosing their spines from use. This copy here, however, shows no spine wear at all, only a little bit of staining at the bottom of the front board. A beautiful copy, in original bright orange boards, and bright paper, the nicest copy we have ever seen, much, much better than usually found. (HAG-8-32).
